Make Sure Your Child is Prepared for Sports and Physical Activity

When your child is ready to participate in school sports and activity camps, Hope Urgent Care Clinic offers physical exams designed to make sure the child is prepared to participate. These exams, also known as pre-participation physical exams or PPEs, are an opportunity for healthcare providers to discuss health issues with children and their parents or guardians.

During the exam, we will:

• Review your child's medical history on the school physical form that you bring
• Review vaccines if needed and
• Conduct a physical examination (if applicable, please bring your child's eye glasses or contacts for a visual acuity test)
